Hi, I'm William, your independent purchase advisor. I'm over 40 now and live with my wife, child and dog in beautiful Boxtel. I wake up every day and think: 'Yes, today I can be part of someone's next phase in life. How special is that? As a buyer's agent I meet people every day who are not just looking for a house. They are looking for their dream house, a real home. It's fantastic to take this step together with them and to guide them in the best possible way.
Purchasing is not an afterthought for me
I go out of my way to help my clients through every step of the buying process. From A tot Wonen. And in doing so, I go one step further than the average real estate agent. Many estate agents focus mainly on selling houses. For the actual search there is little time. I focus 100% on buying houses, which is why you'll be at the front of the queue with me. I am continuously busy with searching, finding and buying your dream house.
I offer more than just brokerage. I will assist you as a purchase advisor, sparring partner, questionnaire and project supervisor. Because during the purchase process you will soon encounter other issues, such as financing, zoning, renovation, moving or furnishing your new home. I'll be happy to think along with you and offer you the right expert or professional.
