Succesfully purchased for a grateful family. What a wonderfull single-family house. It has great features and a piecefull area with good connection to amenities and the city centre.
Since 4 months prices on the housing market have risen again. There is incredibly high demand for housing again, despite rising interest rate. We also notice that in the region of Eindhoven there are less new houses for sale. So in general it’s a lot more difficult to get a house to buy!
