After 40 happy years, it was with pain in their hearts and at the same time, a good feeling, that the couple said goodbye to this beautiful detached house where joy and suffering were shared. These people are now going to live smaller; more practical, without a large garden and two full upper floors that are empty. They are making way for a new generation. For my buying clients, this means a new phase of life. There are few homes with the living program on the first floor or the same floor like a bungalow or apartment. This makes moving difficult for many elderly people. We still manage to help this target group find suitable housing as well.
